Oil-Free Salad Dressing Recipe 

(Because Who Needs a Cup of Oil in Their Salad?)

Now, onto the salad dressing. This recipe is creamy, rich, and 100% oil-free—because who wants to pour half a cup of olive oil into their salad?

Makes 8 Tablespoons.  Just double the recipe if you need more!

Ingredients (Makes 2-4 servings)

  • 2 soft-boiled eggs (instructions below)
  • ¼ cup water (adjust for thickness)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice, any vinegar—your call)
  • 1 tsp mustard (any kind you love)
  • ¼ tsp salt (I used a little less in the video since I’m cutting back)
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp 🛒Simply Organic Savory Spice Blend (or use up to 1 tsp of your favorite spices)

How to Make It:

  1. Soft-Boil the Eggs – Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to an ice bath for another 10 minutes. (Soft-boiled eggs make a smoother dressing—if you fully hard-boil them, the dressing will have a slightly grainy texture.)
  2. Blend Everything – Add water first, then spices, then eggs into the Braun blending cup. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Adjust & Taste – Want it thinner? Add a splash of water. Need more flavor? Toss in extra seasoning. Make it your own!
